A Peace of the Pie

Puzzle Peace Now is committed to supporting families and other local organizations in funding the costs associated with raising, educating, and supporting the advancement of children with special needs.  Our current focus is to provide families with scholarships to or stipends toward summer camp.

Puzzle Peace Now contributes a “peace” of its pie to the Evan Reed Dermer Scholarship Fund, which helps offset the cost of special needs summer camp programs at the David Posnack JCC.  For more information about this fund or the Giborim camp program located in Cooper City, Florida, visit www.dpjcc.org.

Puzzle Peace Now also contribues to the Autism Society of Broward County’s summer camp scholarship fund. For more information about this fund or what ASA Broward has to offer, visit http://asabroward.org/. We are thrilled to announce that we were able to donate playground equipment to JAFCO’s brand new Children’s Ability Center in Sunrise, Florida, just in time for its inaugural camp year. Puzzle Peace Now also provides Camp Kehilla financial aid for its families and their camp gear.

Our list of goals and recipient organizations grow every day.  Please follow us on Facebook and Twitter (@puzzlepeacenow), as we LOVE to brag about all we are able to do, thanks to our donors.

If you live in the South Florida area and are in need of funding to send your special needs child/ren to summer camp, we may be able to help. You do not have to attend any of the abovementioned camps to qualify. If you’d like more information, just contact us!
